These Terms & Conditions apply when you use elaineserling.com (the “Site”) or buy from it. The Site is run by Danza Publications, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. They may change without notice.
- We try to describe products accurately, including images, samples and descriptions, but we can’t guarantee that every detail is error-free.
- If a product is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Where required, sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the items. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or can’t verify payment. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is due when you order and goes through our secure payment processor. You confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method you give us.

Digital downloads
Download codes included with our books and CDs give you a personal, non-commercial license to download and listen to the music. You may not copy, share, resell, broadcast or publicly perform the downloads without our written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site belongs to Danza Publications, LLC or Elaine Serling and is protected by copyright and other laws. This includes music, lyrics, recordings, illustrations, text, photos, video and logos. You may view and print lyrics and content for personal, non-commercial use only. Other uses may need our permission. Contact us for licensing.
Events and bookings
Performance bookings are confirmed only by a separate written agreement. That agreement’s terms, including fees and cancellation, apply to the booking.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details private. You’re responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone has used it without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:
- Breaking any law
- Trying to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Uploading viruses or harmful code
- Scraping or copying content for commercial use
Disclaimer
The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The laws of the State of Michigan govern these terms. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
