We ship to addresses in the United States for a flat rate of $5 per order.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. If you’re outside the U.S., email elaineserling@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Shipping cost
Every order ships for a flat rate of $5, no matter how many items are in it. You’ll see the shipping charge at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. Signed copies may need a few extra days. During busy seasons, like the holidays, processing may take longer.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after they ship. Orders to U.S. territories and military addresses may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, and we can’t control carrier delays.
Order tracking
Tracking is available upon request. It is not automatically emailed.
Digital downloads
Digital download codes come printed inside the book or CD. There is no separate shipping for digital content.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If a package comes back to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping, and you may need to pay the shipping again.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
