What you can return
We want you to love Elaine’s music and books. Because every book and CD includes access to protected digital music through a QR code.
What you can’t exchange
- CDs that have been opened or unsealed
- Books whose digital download code has been revealed or redeemed
- Digital downloads and download codes, once delivered
- Signed copies that were personalized for you
- Gift cards, if we offer them
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. You won’t need to send the item back unless we ask.
How to start an exchange
- Email elaineserling@gmail.com or call 1-800-457-2157 with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We’ll confirm the return and send you the return address.
- Ship the items back in their original packaging. We recommend a tracked service.
Please don’t send returns without contacting us first.
Exchanges
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without approval will not be exchanged.
